This large family was bursting at the seams! The original house, built in the late 60’s on the side Red Hill, was too small and had no connection to the garden and required an addition and  complete rennovation.

The new additions which are contemporary in aesthetic have completely transformed the house with beautiful light filled spaces, high ceilings and large areas of glazing that capture the views.  By adding on a new master suite, open plan kitchen and family room and rennovating the existing spaces to compliment the new extension there is a seamless connection through the house. The living spaces all now have a strong connection to the outside via large glazed sliding doors into a series of outdoor spaces which will include a courtyard perfect for entertaining, a terraced lawn and a balcony with views over the Brindabellas.

The house has been transformed into a 6 bedroom energy efficient home that allows the family the space and ammenity they need for everyday living and entertaining.
