GUERILLA BAY

One of the most beautiful locations on the South Coast is the site for this family holiday house for an extended family. It has large areas of north facing windows with views along the beautiful Eurobodalla coastline.

Strong architectural forms respond to the natural setting by framing views and providing curved living platforms to see across the treetops. Glazed walls open completely so there is an uninterrupted relationship with the site and surrounding views. It has a sophisticated palette of materials including off-form concrete, copper cladding and steel framed windows. The clients loved contributing to the design process by collecting images and ideas from their travels.
